27’ Bilge keel (encapsulated) cruiser, drawing less than 1 metre, with 20HP Yanmar diesel. New Genoa 2019 & loose footed main 2024 (Kemp). Spare main and genoa. Whisker pole. All lines led back to cockpit. Running rigging replaced within last 3 years. Davits for dinghy. Wallas blown air heating and part insulated throughout. Gas hob, oven and grill. Fridge. Cold locker. Pumped water to sink & heads. 12volt TV with DVD player. Full equipment to galley to include pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. Specifications suggest it will sleep 6 but in our modern age, 4 is comfortable. DSC radio. Depth sounder.
