Beneteau 210 rattle and hum

Clean boat been dried sailed at Rutland, new Hyde sails carbon and laminate head, an another set of Hyde laminate sails they are older and used but not blown out, set of white sails, spinnaker with pole, Honda outboard, RM twin axle trailer, depth and speed log, wind instrument and vhf radio, theres no table and the quarter births are missing the originals the previous owner has cut out sine new sponge but never upholstered them, i took them out to save weight so have never been bothered, Ive got a brand new stack pack with lazy jacks that Ive never fitted that I bought in October from crusader sails, electric outboard it served me well but its not powerful enough when its really windy. The boat is at my home in Stathern vale of Belvoir it can be viewed there, if going back to Rutland I would happily rig it. I am currently changing the wheel bearings, brakes and jockey, Ive put 4 new tyres on the trailer.
Its a good boat there are things I would like to do if I kept it, like the teak seat have lifted up in places in the cockpit, but its ready to sail and Ive needed to glue the teak down for years. Reason for sale Ive bought a new boat on a whim otherwise we would still be using it now.
