The Sailfish 18 is ideal if you want day sailing, holidays, or racing. The cockpit has extra comfortable seats 6ft long and can accommodate four or more sailors in comfort for relaxed day sailing. The simple retractable keel means the boat gives excellent sailing performance when fully lowered yet is easily towed and launched.

A Sailfish floats in 0.3m (12) of water and is easy to launch and recover. The cabin has the advantage of windows all round making it light and great to just sit on the comfortable bunks and view the surroundings. Can be sailed single handed and has a wide beam for stability.

Described as lively but predictable under sail, she handles much like a large dinghy. She does however have a very important advantage over a dinghy namely the convenience of her comfortable enclosed cabin! There is also cooking space and a chemical toilet. Extras with this boat include a cockpit tent as well as the tonneau cover, plus brand new cushions both inside and in the cockpit, a spinnaker and a set of spare sails.

This example is in good condition with her original gelcoat and comes with as new modern low break back road trailer with electric winch for easy launching and recovery.

Mast raising kit includes A-frame, crutch and inner shrouds for directional stability whilst raising/lowering. Nomad has completed the 3 Rivers Race in which the crew of three successfully shot the bridge, lowering and raising the mast without needing to moor up.
