Battle of the Hikers Dates for your Diary!
The "Battle of the Hikers" will take place on the 27th to 28th May 2003. A wide range of Hiking classes have been invited. The 2021 event was won by Nick Craig in his OK, followed by two Graduates. The Graduates were the biggest fleet at 11 out of 34 boats. There were good numbers of OKs and Lasers. The event will be held on open water between the church and the dam providing some of the best inland sailing on the UK. As in 2001 there will be 6 races with 5 to count. Put the dates in your diary "Hikers"!
