Rear Commodore updates

Many thanks to Damon Westwood for his many years of service to the Club on Council and as Rear Commodore (Sailing). Damon has now resigned from Council. Congratulations to Ben Burge, co-opted as Rear Commodore (Facilities). Don Munro moves across to Rear Commodore (Sailing) and chair of Sailing Committee.
