Battle of the Hikers
Rutland Sailing Club is proud to invite all hiking dinghy classes with a PY of 940 - 1210 to attend the Battle of the Hikers event.

Entry
Entry is to be made online.
Sailors can take advantage of the early bird entry up until July 22nd. Following this the entry fee will increase.
Anyone struggling to enter the event via the online system is to contact the Club.

Venue
The event will be held at Rutland Sailing Club, Gibbet Lane, Edith Weston, Oakham, Rutland. LE15 8HJ.

Visiting boats can arrive from Friday July 23rd. If you are arriving after 1700, please use the code (tbc) to enter. Please note, the main gates will close when the bar shuts, this will depend on the number of people in the Clubhouse.
Boat trailers are to be moved to hedge line at the back of the Car Park.

Please ensure that boats conform to the Check, Clean & Dry Procedure for visiting ribs, dinghies & cruisers. Random checks will be made on visiting boats.
Dogs are allowed in the main car park only and must be on a short lead at all times.
Accommodation is available at the Club and in the surrounding area.
There is a campsite opposite the Club (this is not owned by RSC). The campsite is open from mid March until the end of October (weather permitting).
Please note that campervans and motorhomes are not permitted to stay overnight at the Sailing Club.
Children must not be left unsupervised on the site.
Catering will be available at the Club throughout the weekend.
