RSC Catamaran Open 2023
Rutland Sailing Club is proud to announce that it will be holding a Catamaran Open Regatta on the 20th to 21st May 2023. The event will be open to all classes of sports catamarans with an overall length of 20 feet (6.096 metres) or less including: Dart 15 and18, A-Class, Sprint 15, Hurricane 5.9, Catapult, Nacra 15, and F18.
Six races are scheduled for the weekend to take place on the expansive Rutland Water using a windward leeward course. Prizes will be available for each fleet.
Saturday BBQ dinner available to book separately, including live music. Accommodation is available in the clubhouse. A campsite, which is not affiliated to the Club, is situated next to the Club, more information is available here.

Note : If you represent a catamaran class, you are invited to a zoom meeting to discuss any specific requirements your class may have with the event race officer, course safety lead and club manager. This zoom meeting will be held in January and the date will be confirmed closer to the time. If you are a class rep, please register your interest with Mikey Vernall.
