RS21 specific terms & conditions

I agree that as a Club accredited RS21 skipper:

• I must be on board whenever my boat is under way.
• I remain responsible for the boat and its crew, even when I am not at the helm.
• In the event of an insurance claim, I will pay the insurance excess (£250).

Terms and Conditions for the use of Club owned boats

Rutland Sailing Club owned boats are used at own risk and you should check before launching that the boat is safe and rigged correctly.
