Easter Camp

With beautiful conditions in late March the youth and junior fleet looked forward to 4 days of the annual Easter Camp. But then the weather turned, drastically, and the 40 kids and 20 adults braved the big waves, cool westerly winds and daily gusts up to 45 knots to enjoy Easter Camp.

We sailed the club's Fevas and Fireflies and also Lasers and Teras. There were joy rides in Laser 2Ks for the smaller ones on the really windy days! The evening activities included night hike, Easter egg hunt and big rope skipping.

The camp was organised and run by volunteers, thanks to all who made it possible.
