Ferry Pontoon has a facelift.

After many decades of stalwart service the ferry pontoon deserved a good facelift. Rotten and missing planks were replaced, the deck overall jet washed, and new bumper strips attached to the sides. Malc and Robert have done a great job, many thanks.

With more cruisers now using electric outboards they are able to manoeuvre into and moor on the finger pontoons. So a new life awaits the ferry pontoon once she floats off with the high tide!

Pontoon 2 is also on its way - it is arriving on the 26 September for installation on the 27th.
