Jubilee Match Racing 2nd to 5th June

It's a double celebration at RSC this summer!

We're celebrating the Queen's Platinum Jubilee and the arrival of 2 new club RS21 keelboats with a Jubilee Match Racing Weekend and all club members are invited to come and join the fun.

Taking place from the 2nd to 5th June, RSC will be putting on a four-day schedule of activities on and off the water centred around the two new RS21 keelboats that have been purchased by the Club, thanks to a generous award from the John Merricks Sailing Trust.

There will be taster sessions available for all, no previous experience required, an evening talk given by Jack Fenwick from RS, a Match Racing Master Class umpired by Jack and finishing up with a Round the Lake Race, with places available onboard the RS21s, skippered by experienced members.

And to ensure that as many of you as possible get the chance to participate, RS will be loaning us 2 more RS21s especially for our Jubilee weekend celebrations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get out on the water over the long bank holiday weekend, try sailing an RS21, renew old skills or give Match Racing a try. What could be a better way to spend the long weekend? We look forward to seeing you there.
