New Post of Waterside Manager

Rutland Sailing Club are recruiting to the newly created position of Waterside Manager. This exciting new role reports to the Club General Manager and will be responsible for the management of all on water activities; including our extensive range of activities for club members, as well as open meetings and training events for which visitors can travel to Rutland from around the UK and overseas.

The Waterside Manager will ideally have a background as an experienced RYA Senior Instructor, as the role will be responsible for the operational and financial management of the club sailing school, as well as direct line management of the Sailing School Manager/Chief Instructor. The role would ideally suit someone with demonstrable experience of management within an RYA Training Centre, who would like to expand their role in a supportive environment to organise and manage the extensive on water activities that Rutland Sailing Club is proud to provide to its members and visitors.
